Passionate about cooking since his childhood, Guillaume Scheer first entered the hotel school in Strasbourg to learn the ropes. The chef continued his training as sous-chef at L’\u00c9trier du Royal Barri\u00e8re in Deauville, then at the Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris alongside Christian Le Squer (***), where he perfected his skills and learned excellence. <\/p>

His love for his native region brought him back to Strasbourg, where he took over the kitchen of the 1741* for 3 years and won a Michelin star. Strengthened by these experiences with the finest gastronomic houses, in 2018 he and his wife Charlotte decided to open a place in their image: Les Plaisirs Gourmands<\/strong>.<\/p>

After 7.5 years in Schiltigheim, a new page was turned in 2025 with the move to 21 Quai Mullenheim, 67000 Strasbourg<\/strong>.<\/p>

A true virtuoso of flavors, the Chef offers modern, creative cuisine, combining meticulous work on sauces with notes of citrus fruit and fresh herbs.<\/p>

This mastery was rewarded with the titles of \u201cJeune Talent\u201d in 2017<\/strong> and \u201cGrand de Demain National\u201d in 2019<\/strong> in the prestigious Gault & Millau guide, followed by a Michelin star in 2021<\/strong>. In 2024, the restaurant was again honored by Gault & Millau 2024<\/strong> and joined the \u00c9toiles d’Alsace<\/strong> association in September 2024.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Originally from Angers, it was in Deauville that Charlotte crossed paths with Guillaume Scheer, as the two put their talents to work at the L’\u00c9trier* restaurant. The couple continued their gastronomic epic in Paris where Charlotte would officiate in the kitchens of the prestigious Parisian palace, Le George V. In 2009, they left the frenzy of Paris together to join Alsace and found their family.<\/p>\n

When the couple decided to open their establishment, Charlotte made the bet to join the room and has since revealed herself to be the perfect Mistress of the House.<\/p>\n

In an intimate, elegant setting, the restaurant room reveals a warm, uncluttered atmosphere. Soft, natural tones combine with subdued lighting to create a hushed, soothing ambience. The round tables, set with sobriety, give way to a culinary experience centered on the plate and the shared moment. <\/p>
