The chef continued his training as a sous-chef at L\u2019\u00c9trier du Royal Barri\u00e8re in Deauville, then at the Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris alongside Christian Le Squer (***), where he refined his style and learned the art of excellence.<\/p>\n<p>His love for his native region brought him back to Strasbourg, where he took the helm of the kitchen at 1741* for three years and earned a Michelin star. Building on these experiences at some of the finest establishments in the culinary world, he decided in 2018 to open a restaurant with his wife Charlotte that reflected their vision: <strong>Les Plaisirs Gourmands<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>After 7.5 years in Schiltigheim, a new chapter began in 2025 with the restaurant\u2019s move to <strong>21 Quai Mullenheim, 67000 Strasbourg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A true virtuoso of flavors, the Chef offers modern and creative cuisine, combining meticulous sauce work with notes of citrus and fresh herbs.<\/p>\n<p>This mastery was recognized with the titles of <strong>\u201cYoung Talent\u201d in 2017<\/strong> and <strong>\u201cGrand de Demain National\u201d in 2019<\/strong> by the prestigious Gault &amp; Millau guide, followed by <strong>a Michelin star<\/strong> in <strong>2021<\/strong>. In 2024, the restaurant was once again recognized by <strong>Gault &amp; Millau 2024<\/strong> and joined the Association des <strong>\u00c9toiles d\u2019Alsace<\/strong> in September 2024.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-86e66fe\" data-id=\"86e66fe\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1e055ee elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1e055ee\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Charlotte Scheer<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9a4e442 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9a4e442\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Originally from Angers, Charlotte crossed paths with Guillaume Scheer in Deauville, where they both put their talents to work at the restaurant L\u2019\u00c9trier*. The couple continued their culinary journey in Paris, where Charlotte worked in the kitchens of the prestigious Parisian hotel, Le George V.
